Join us for a farm day on Sunday, September 25, 2022 (11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.): Blooms for Eliana, a pick-your-own flowers picnic fundraiser! 
 
All proceeds benefit the KCNC1 Foundation, which was created by Eliana's parents after her diagnosis of KCNC1-Related Developemental and Epileptic Encephalopathy, an ultra rare genetic condition, at nine months of age.
 
Each ticket includes:
-Admission for one adult to Field Notes farm 
-One mason jar to pick-your-own flowers currently in bloom 
-One non-alcoholic drink

Children under 14 - free admission. 
Please see our other ticket option, Family Ticket, for admission for two adults and only one jar for pick-your-own flowers. 
 
We'll also have live music, door prizes, face painting, and a food truck! 

With your support we can give Eliana and all other children impacted by KCNC1-disorders the chance to blossom.
